I am after some advice or direction to help me change my HR Career pathway. I have been working in an Employee Relations Case Management role within a public sector organisation for 9 years and I am feeling that I have saturated my development in this area and its time to move on. I would like to move to a more transformational role such as engagement/ talent management/ HR projects but I don't know where to start.
My current organisation cannot support my development at this time due to current demands in the HR Service.
Any help would be greatly received.
