Hi There,
I am two thirds through my MSc HRM (recognised by the CIPD), I have an MBA, Undergrad Computer science - diplomas in coaching, L and D and training. I run a global team at Director level so I have second hand HR experience and first hand recruitment and development experience. What I don't have on my C.V. is a HR specific role. Realistically where should I be looking to enter the profession? Do the MBA and MSc equate to any CIPD qualifications or am I looking at more studying?
