Hi,

I am currently trying and struggling to progress my career in HR. I have nearly finished my level 5 CIPD and am coming to the end of a secondment as a HR Team Leader. I also volunteer as a District HR Officer at St Johns Ambulance since August 2015.

I have applied to a lot of HR Advisor opportunities as there are non within my organisation. I am finding that I am getting no response or automatic rejections. I would really appreciate any advice in how I can make myself more appealing and get interviews.
