Hi everyone,

I am trying to make a career change from retail management to HR. In my role I have to recruit, train and develop my team. I am responsible for all general HR and performance management.  However I am struggling to get anyone to look at my CV for an assistant/advisor position as my current job title is not in HR. I have also just completed a CIPD Level 5 Learning and Development. Does anyone have any advice? Or know of any voluntary roles I can apply for to gain experience in the Yorkshire area?
