Hi,

I have been in HR for over 2 years now in an SME. During this time, I started as HR Executive and then progressed to HR Manager and also completed by Level 5 CIPD HR Management diploma. 

I am looking for a change and more of a challenge and progression as I am really ambitious but struggling to get a job with a decent salary and position. Either places are looking for a very Senior role or administration roles.

What is the best way to apply/attract employers and recruiters?
