4 Getting back into HR

Hi Everyone,

Wondering if someone can help. I have CIPD Level 5 certificate and will soon upgrade it to a Diploma. I have worked as an HR Administrator in 2015 on a contract for 2 months. Took a break since then to complete my Level 5 and also took HR Administrator/Assistant course with CIPD just 4 months ago just so I could gain the latest insights of the profession.

I have since then struggled to find work. I have gone to a few interviews but no job offer which is really disheartening as well as frustrating. Does anyone know what I can do to increase my chances of getting hired? Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

I can't offer anything myself but I wondered if you had looked at the Career Resources section of this very website. Hi Patricia, have you spoken to your local branch. They may have resources or help for you locally. I'm sure I recalled that my local branch offers some help.
