Hi, can anyone recommend good read on Organisational Design?  I am looking to develop my role into this area, does anyone have a good Job Description that they could share with me?

    I have just completed the CIPD Level 7 training and the book they recommend is Organization Design: Engaging with Change by Naomi Stanford. Hope that helps. Andrea

    I also endorse Naomi Stanford - I would also recommend a google search on articles such as Harvard Business Review as thier case studies can often help bring it to life.
