I am from Saudi Arabia and I have an undergraduate degree in Law as well as a Pre-Master in Business and law from the UK without experience.
Now I have been working in a company for one month, in the legal department as Legal Coordinator, I always have been Passionate about HR now I want to move to the HR department my questions are, will be an issue if I ask that ? as I don't hold an HR degree, which certificate is better for me CIPD level 5 or Master degree in HR online from the UK?
