Hi, I have been to university and studied HR as well as gaining my level 5 CIPD qualification but I’m finding it hard to actually get in to work within the field due to the lack of really world experience. I just wondered if anyone could offer any advice or words of wisdom on how to break this cycle if not getting the job due to no experience but not being able to get experience due to no job. I have also been applying for entry level work and still no luck.
