Is this an interactive workshop? I’m new to the CIPD family so I am unsure how these things work.

The sign-up page does say "...places are limited to allow the session to be interactive."

A really useful skill byte and thanks to everyone involved in planning , preparing and delivering the session. Really helpful and I would welcome further sessions of this type. How about a session on holding difficult conversations with work colleagues or providing effective feedback?

We do organise sessions like the one you suggest. Worth keeping an eye out via the weekly Update newsletter, for example.
