Have over 20 years managing HR functions in private sector, an 8 year stint lecturing.. then a new HR Manager role in the public sector. Am keen to learn about the way to meet the public sector interview expectations.. like 

The interview will consist of questions based on the essential criteria and Civil Service Behaviours detailed in the job description. 

Seems more formal than the private sector interviews.
