Moving From L&D Coordinator to Advisor

I am looking for some advice on how to progress from L&D Coordinator to L&D Advisor. I am setting my objectives for the year and would be grateful for some advice on how to achieve this. I have recently completed Cipd level 5. Thanks in advanced
