Hi everyone! I am currently pursuing CIPD L5. Also hold BA in psychology and Diploma in business. My background is 15y experience in corporate environment- administration in financial services . 4 years in social care field . From April to September had 16!!!!! Interviews for entry level HR roles . Not successful. Would appreciate any advice on how to break into it.
16 interviews indicates you are doing good work at the first phase of recruitment i.e. getting an interview. Have you managed to get any meaningful feedback?
