I hope everyone is doing great!

I have recently finished my master's in HRM (CIPD Level 7) and on my post study work visa. Although I have worked in India as senior human resource manager but here I am struggling a lot to get a job because everyone is asking for money to review my cv and I am getting continuous rejection with automated responses.

I am modifying my cv according to the job description and requirements, now I am totally confused, what should I do with my cv?

Moreover, every single organisation is working with different AI tools which is quite new for me, how can do some CIPD affiliated course in payroll or those AI tools? 

Kindly assist so that I can try to be successful.
