Appreciate this post might not be in the right forum/location but just keen to connect with HR Consultants across the UK.
I'm an experienced HRBP based in the South Coast area and I'm exploring setting up an independent HR consultancy alongside my current role. I'm doing some research into the local SME market and would be really interested to connect and hear about other people's experiences of working independently - What worked well? Things you didn't consider at the time but would do now, challenges / barriers.
