Does anybody have a standard benchmarkable first year attrition % calculation that they could share?

I have had a look online but cannot seem to find a standard calculation that references individuals who start & then leave within the first year.

I understand that staff attrition is fairly simple in that its number of staff who have left within a year divided by the average number of staff over the year. But, I think first year attrition is a bit more complicated.
