I'm looking for a more automated way of accepting job applications, we currently don't accept CV's and the application form we currently have (pdf and word version) causes too many IT issues.
Please could anyone recommend a piece of software which designs electronic forms where I could put a link to it on our website. I would also like to report from it, even if I can just export the data in to an excel spreadsheet (equality monitoring etc).
Or a recruitment module bolt on to Breathe HR. I trialled their own recruitment module but it's not suitable for us as you can't customise the application form.
Any suggestions are welcome, much appreciated.
