Exit Interviews

We are considering reviewing the way we manage our Exit interviews and I am interested in hearing how other companies manage this aspect of their off boarding process.

 

Currently employees receive a leavers questionnaire via survey monkey. They also have a 1:1 leavers meeting with HR. It is this stage of the process where I would love to hear from you. Compiling the notes from the 1:1 meeting into a report for feedback to managers is time-consuming, yet we feel it is very important that the information collected is communicated to our managers.

 

If you have an effective process for keeping the human element to exit interviews, capturing the notes, producing a report to feedback to managers that is effective and efficient and are happy to share this with us as part of our appreciation for your help, we would be happy to share our findings with you once we have completed our review.
