Hey, applying for my first HR role. Have always had an element of HR in my work over the years but now want to officially transition to the area. I have applied for senior HR role in large organisation & worried about interview. It is competency based & just want to make sure I answer questions in the most HR appropriate way. Anyone have any advice?
I would suggest googling competency based questions to give you an idea of the sort of thing they may ask and prep. Make sure you have researched the company and write down some facts about their company should they ask you what you know. Think of a good question to ask them at the end, avoid things like what do you like about working for the company. Above all else, be yourself.
