What makes this Community so special?

A big assumption, perhaps... but it's a few years since I last asked this question and I know we have lots of new community members.

Can you sum it all up in a sentence? An anecdote? A word, even.

It would be great to hear how you benefit from the forums - professionally or in your working role.

    I know it's probably not quite what you are after - but if there was an upgrade to the site, and if it was possible, it would be good to have the function of "last read post" or whatever the phrase is so that you could click to your first unread post in a thread.

    Other than that I think this is a lovely, open, welcoming and knowledgable community hub, especially as a stand alone HR person.

    A willingness for members to help, to share their insights and experience. As has probably been said, there is no such thing as a stupid question.

    And as a Scotsman living in Yorkshire, apart from our subs, it's free!
