Hi all,
We recently updated and issued new policies which we sent to all staff and asked them to sign these electronically.
I can see that staff opened these policies and viewed them however they refuse to sign them.
What actions can we take with those who refuse to sign new policies?
Wether they sign them or not, if they stay employed they are deemed to have accepted the new policies. However if you need later, to have proof that they've read them, then you could simply e-mail them and state that if you hear nothing you will consider they have read and understood them in the absence of any queries regarding the new policies.
