In the next issue of People Management, we are writing about HR's role in tackling sexual harassment at work. As an HR professional, have you ever had to resolve such issues? What complaints did the victim bring, and how did you exercise your role to tackle and resolve them? We would like to hear your confidential accounts of specific incidents in as much detail as possible, without compromising the identity of those involved. No identifying details will be published in the magazine.
