Experience of having Disability Passport

Hello, Does anyone have any feedback they could share from having put in place Reasonable Adjustments Disability Passport in their organisation. I would like to know how it has worked and any issues that you experienced from Managers and Staff using them.

The TUC describes what they are so you know what I am talking about

Not really a passport at all in that it does not help when changing employers. Just geared up to large employers and internal moves
Still we might need a passport to visit other parts of the Uk is some groups had their way!
