Experience of an HRIS (SMEs)?

Hi, we're about to move forward with implementing an HR system - mainly for the ATS, Performance, and automated workflow elements. We're thinking SageHR for our size and style of business, but I'm keen to hear from others. If you have experience implementing SageHR (or when it was CakeHR) would you be happy to share tips/advice with me please??

    Hi, we are also considering implementing SAGE HR after having a demo (we already use SAGE payroll), but also had a demo from Bright HR which we were impressed with and the cost was lower. I would be interested in hearing from anyone who uses either system. We are a small company and can't afford to make the wrong choice.
