Assessment of how PP 3.4 Would consult with relevant parties to clearly understand needs for this

3.5 Would plan relevant projects and ensure they were delivered in line with requirements

I think those of us who are not currently studying and therefore aren't familiar with the numbering system of units and questions would need a bit more context to be able to help you. ;-)
