Does anyone have any recent experience of using graphology as part of the recruitment process? I have a client who is keen to explore it as an option, however, my reading around the subject suggests its validity is questionable - all feedback gratefully received. Thank you

But it is measurable - there have been studies to show if there is any predictive link and there simply isn't. There have been countless peer review studies. There is no predictive link between your handwriting and any personality traits
I would strongly encourage you to dissuade your client from this course of action.
Not only is graphology a baseless pseudoscience but, if you indulge them, what it will reflect is their pre-established biases leaving them - and, by extension, you - open to accusations of illegal discrimination. You would literally be better off using astrology, because at least birthdates are demonstrably randomized, so even though your hiring decision would be bunkum, they'd be lawful bunkum.

It is useful for identifying or eliminating suspects in a disciplinary investigation.
