I have downloaded the Community App on my phone.

I have recently qualified as Associate Member, but the Membership Card on the app is still showing my Student Status. I have tried using the Check Membership Status, but it doesn't seem to work.

Can anyone help?

Congratulations Lisa! I encountered the same challenge so I sent an email to cipdcommunitymobile@cipd.co.uk and it was resolved.

That's the correct email, thanks Aisha.

We've an issue with your membership card appearing on the app at the momnet but am working on a quick fix.
