Experience of Bamboo HR

Hi everyone,

I have another HR systems for SMEs-related question for you all. After spending a good deal of time reading previous threads and going through a selection process our software front runner is Bamboo HR which seems to meet our needs well. My concern is regarding support as they are a USA based company, and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to share their experiences of working with Bamboo before we sign up?

Hi Jenny

I have used BambooHR in the past. I never had an issue contacting the US team on queries I had - just the time zone difference that meant I used to have to wait until the afternoon UK time.

Thanks Lisa, that is really useful - the HR system is rarely front line business critical so I'm struggling to image a situation where we can't wait until the afternoon to resolve an issue, but it's always a concern with overseas support.
