Has anyone used ELMO HR software and is able to give some feedback? 

We currently use Breathe HR, but as we now have more users than Breathe can hold we've been advised to move over to their partner company ELMO. I'm a bit dubious as they initially quoted us a large amount, but after we said it was well above our price limit (charity work) they literally halved the cost. I'm not sure why but it doesn't sit right with me as surely they're hugely overcharging in the first place. 

Any feedback would be good. Thank you!
