Hi Reem, is this for your CIPD qualification? There is a CIPD fact sheet on what evidence based practice is www.cipd.co.uk/.../evidence-based-practice-factsheet . If you’ve been asked to think of some examples then it would be a useful exercise for you to read that and then think of some examples that might meet that definition in a business/HR context. Think of some decisions or processes that HR would be involved in that might use evidence, facts or data as their basis. For example for what reasons might you update your approach to sickness management? What data or evidence might prompt you to offer a new staff benefit?
