Been using PowerPoint to update our organisation structure, challenging at the moment. Please Can anyone recommend decent software, applications? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

Try Microsoft Visio, it's better suited for drawing up an org structure compared to PowerPoint. You can save as PDF or export to MS Word.

We use Lucid Charts and it works really well for us and is cost effective but we are an SME so am not sure if it would be as helpful for large organisations
