Maternity, paternity and adoption leave and pay

Hi all,

We are currently looking at our benefit offering and I wondered what other companies offer in terms of leave and pay in relation to maternity, paternity and adoption?

we offer 90% of pay for the first 6 weeks, 80% for next 20 weeks, then it's statutory for 13 weeks and unpaid for the remaining 13 weeks. that's for maternity, shared parental and adoption. paternity leave is 2 weeks fully paid
