The company I work for has grown exponentially over the last 12 months and as a result we are starting to see an increase in short-term absence. They have not used absence triggers before and aren't keen on the word trigger. I know it's a standardised term, but do you have any suggestions? Online thesaurus is not helpful. Does anyone else use a different term please?
