Recommendations Time & Attendance/HR system

Hi we are an SME and looking for a new time & attendance/HR system.

Our criteria ideally would be:

- Integrates with Sage payroll

- Quality support

- Shift planners, leave recording, overtime approval

- Biometric

Any recommendations very welcome.

Mitrefinch is very good and can definitely manage multiple shifts, rotas and overtime/toil/flexi time. I always found the support reasonable. I don't know if integrates with Sage though as we had ADP and pulled CSV files for upload.

We use RotaCloud, which integrates with BreatheHR. It’s pretty effective for rota management, timesheets/payroll info, etc. It also has the option to use biometrics but I can’t comment on this as we choose not to use that functionality.

You may take a look at TMetric too. It's a time and attendance tracker, that doesn't match all the requirements from your list, but it's surely worth checking out https://tmetric.com/
