Is anyone using or has used in the past the IRIS HRIS, or IRIS cascade? It would be really helpful if you could provide your views on how well the system worked and the quality of the support service you received.

I am currently searching the previous threads for feedback on HR systems. I'm finding lots of comments on Cascade but I'm particularly interested in IRIS Cascade. Are you still looking at this system or did you decide to implement it?
