Good day everyone
I was wondering if anyone could recommend a good book for me to use as reference.
I'm currently doing my Level 3 Foundation diploma in HR, in English. I have however moved to Germany in the middle of my course and I am now trying to find a job as HR/assistant/trainee, and would like to start familiarise myself with the jargon used... German laws
Any advice/recommendations are welcome.
Edwina
some of the important books include
1. Introduction to Human Resource Management: A Guide to HR in Practice" by Charles Leatherbarrow and Janet Fletcher.
2. The Essential HR Handbook by Sharon Armstrong and Barbara Mitchell
Hi Edwina
There is an excellent German language site which summarises the basics of German employment law https://www.arbeitsrechte.de/
In English,an good book to read is "Key Aspects of German Employment and Labour Law"
Editors: Kirchner, Jens, Kremp, Pascal R., Magotsch, Michael (Eds.)
