Software implementation

Hi, firstly apologies if this is in the wrong place. Can anyone point me in the right direction for guidance on how to implement new software, not in relation to how to choose but how to tackle the actual implementation?

  • I've always had the luxury of being able to pay for an "integration" consultant to plan the implementation and to intervene and support at critical moments both with an internal team and the supplier. I've always found it was money well spent so as to avoid basic problems and issues that you can encounter if you are not familiar with the process. There are plenty of good people around......
