Please ,I need some advice on how to secure a job with the prospect of career progression within the HR sector. Over the course of the pandemic lockdown, the responses I have received thus far; are phrased as “lack of experience “ or over qualified for the role” .... so maybe I need to go about from a different perspective. Thank you.
Hi Edward, please do a search, this is a very frequently asked question. It may well be that you do have lack of experience or are over qualified.... If you've already done a Masters with no experience, I'd tend to agree. However there is some good advice here.
