4 Enhanced Maternity Pay - what's the norm?

Hi all

I'm wanting to carry out some research for a client on what the norm is for Enhanced Maternity Pay provisions - would you be kind enough to share what your own organisations provide, and what sector you operate in?

In 2019 I did a comparison of local similar types of business, the council, NHS and University. We are a private limited R&D Company.
We changed our policy from statutory to;
8 weeks full pay
18 weeks half pay
13 weeks SMP

We also offer the 2 weeks paternity leave at full pay.
