Hi everyone,

I'm studying Level 5 Certificate in HRM  and I'm dealing with my first assignment 5CHR and I'm having a few issues with 2.1 and 3.2.

The only brief I've gotten is : Asses three different sources of business data and explain how HR might use these to support planning activities and analyse the forces such as Diversity & Inclusion, remote working, work-life balance, changing organisational structures, that are currently shaping the organisation’s HR agenda. 

For me there are a couple of topics to address here, but I'm unsure on where to even begin and how I should structure this part.

Any guidance would be much appreciated.
