Is anyone else having issues with the notification alerts?  I am always shown as having unread notifications, but when I try to find them by filtering "unread" ones, there aren't any.

First world problem, in the scheme of things, but it is mildly irritating and I wondered if I was doing something wrong!  I'm not great with this site, private messaging, checking people's profiles still defeating me also.
