Hi please can you advise how you are paying holiday pay to your bank/casual workers, are you using the 12.07% of hours worked over a 52 week reference period (including weeks of no work).  I understand there was a consultation around this ending mid March 23and wondered if anyone had heard anything on this?  Thanks Cathy
