Rewarding employees who have worked through COVID

Hi all

This is my first post here! Many of our employees worked have worked either at home or on site since lockdown, and I want to suggest we reward them in some form.

Has anyone done this? I would be interested to find out what has been offered.

Welcome back to the communities after a six year break :-)

There are a few posts on here around this so using the search function may well throw up some useful leads. The Challenge is if rewarding some who have worked further drives deeper any divisions with those who (through no choice of their own) haven't worked (furlough, shielding etc)
