Size of a legal team

Hi everyone,

so this not HR specific questions but I was wondering if you would be able to help me with the following - as part of a team structure review, our Director of Governance is considering the size and structure of our legal team. We feel it would be incredibly helpful to understand such team structures elsewhere and would be grateful for any information you would be happy to share regarding team size and seniority level of your legal team (or legal teams in organisations you previously worked).

    Hi Steve, yes it is. We have globally approximately 150 staff (head office in London and smaller regional offices in US, India, Netherlands, China).

    I'm not sure a comparision with organisations which are different from yours will be useful.

    I worked in the care industry for some years and was the sole HR manager for nearly 1000 full and p/t staff. We had no other legal team.
