Missing Centres Hub link

Is someone available to give me access or direct me to the new centers hub tile as it is not viewing on the screen and the centers update for july their is a 404 error.

Doncaster , Chichester Chichester ... you should now both have access (again).

I'm investigating why some permissions are being 'dropped'.

I think we've an issue with something triggering the permission to drop. I've added it back, Cardiff
