HR Greenfield Operations (Norway)

Hi Members

I am working on a greenfield operations for a deal my employer has struck in Norway. Can anyone share with me a high level project plan or key aspects to be considered when building this from the ground up.

    wow - that is 1) very specific, and 2) a big ask.

    Your employer has struck a foreign investment deal and now needs to create a subsidiary and build its operations from the ground up? Was this not part of the pitch? Has this not been done before?

    You surely need to expect to pay to get this kind of high value specialist advice?

    I always try to be helpful, but unless I'll got the wrong end of the stick, that's my immediate reaction to your question!

    Dear Steve, Sorry I may not have been very clear with my respect to my request.
    We will be looking at high value specialist advice like external legal and payroll implementation advice but I was wondering if from an HR perspective if we could put a task list or a project plan together so I can stay on top of this and ensure to follow up with each stakeholder involved and drive this to closure.

    For example 1. Legal advice is one of the key task for HR for employment contract / regulations etc, 2. compensation and benefit analysis
