I've noticed quite a number of seemingly uncontroversial questions being posted to the Workplace Dilemmas: in confidence group this week. This is where opening posters can ask for advice from their peers anonymously. 

Of course, the view of whether something is sensitive is and should remain in the hands of the poster... but I would just ask that the group is used for genuinely confidential situations. We really value transparency and building a sense of community here, so it's good to get to know group members in normal circumstances.
