How do we measure member reputation?

Somebody, please let me know how the Member Reputation calculated as top - 1% to 50%.

Sure Steve Bridger will give chapter and verse but I think its a feature that came with the platform the CIPD uses but its not something they have rolled out or utilized.

I believe it's to do with the number of posts someone has made and/or the number of likes they have received.

No, I think it's to do with the quality of their lemon drizzle cake bought into the office on Bake Off days... :)
