Family Policies

We are currently reviewing our family policies and adding enhanced pay for our employees. We are looking at Full Pay with a pay back clause, i.e if they dont return 100% payback (enhanced pay minus statutory) and then reducing over a 12 month period. Looking at antenatal appointments does anyone offer more than the 2 days for the partner? if so is this paid and how many?

  • Hi Heather, we have just removed the clause that requires enhanced mat leave to be repaid if someone does not return from said leave as we rarely applied it and not sure it was helpful either to us or sent a good message to the parents.
