Hello

We have an employee referral scheme which we have used in the past and has been successful.

My only concern is we loose out on diversity and inclusion.  We do however have a robust recruitment process in place and anyone referring is not involved in the interview for that particular candidate.

It would be great to hear thoughts from other HR professionals on this topic?
